You have a seemingly reasonable graphic card, but you also have a very fastprocessor.Several months ago I updated my computer, but I still was using my oldMatrox Millenium graphics card and I had the same problem.I finally went to the Microsoft site and did a search on mouse trails. Iforget the exact words that finally gave me what I was looking for, but'mouse trails' maybe is the right one.It brought me to a paper written in 1982 about this problem. It turns outthat if your computer is faster then the graphic card can handle, you willget mouse trails.When I bought my new Quadro4 and stuck it in, the trails never happenedagain.Although your card is of recent vintage, it may not be sufficient for that2.2 GHz cpu.
